Mortar joints between bricks deteriorate over time due to weathering, frost, and structural movement. Damaged pointing allows water to penetrate walls, causing damp, frost damage, and eventually structural issues. Our skilled bricklayers restore your pointing to perfect condition.

We carefully rake out old, damaged mortar and replace it with new mortar matched to the original colour and style. For period properties, we use traditional lime mortar which is softer and more breathable than modern cement — essential for older buildings.

Our pointing services cover house walls, garden walls, chimneys, and any other brickwork. We can also do full repointing of entire elevations or targeted repairs to problem areas.
